Fairbairn
There are a number of conference and meeting facilities available for hire across the airport.
There are nine conference rooms in total, providing more than 1000 square metres of first class conference facilities, cafes and catering services.
These conference facilities are ideal for the private and public sectors and are designed for strategic planning sessions, annual general meetings, business seminars, conferences, board meetings, training sessions, product launches and media conferences.

Fairbairn Function Centre, 49 Laverton Avenue.
Fairbairn Functions Centre, formerly the Officers' Mess for the RAAF Base Fairbairn, has recently undergone major refurbishment, and is now available to hire for conferences, events and functions.
Located adjacent to the Fairbairn Golf Club, the Fairbairn Functions Centre has been designed to cater for most functions and events, ranging from small, intimate gatherings, corporate get-togethers, training days and large dinners and celebrations.
Maple Room North: Size - 18m x 9.0m / 162 m2
Technical capabilities:
- Suitable for cocktail and sit down style receptions.
- Operable wall allows the room to be combined with the Oak Room South
Oak Room South: Size - 14.5m x 9.0m / 130.5 m2
