Brindabella Business Park offers ample, convenient and very competitively priced parking that is unlike any other commercial precinct in Canberra. There is an abundance of conveniently located parking available within the Park, ensuring that your staff and clients never have to walk far from their car park to your workplace.

The new multi-level car park offers quicker parking while using a guidance system displaying all available spaces before you enter the car park. CCTV and intercom systems are located at entry points and pay stations for improved security.

Convenient one-hour zones are also available for visitors directly in front of all office buildings in the Park.

Brindabella Business Park tenants can purchase daily tickets, money value cards (for irregular but frequent use), weekly tickets, top-up cards, and passes for monthly or longer.

Changes to parking from 1 July, 2010

From 1 July 2010 there will be changes to parking rates at Brindabella Business Park, Majura Park and Fairbairn.

Guaranteed undercover parking

Secure your undercover parking away from the elements and within close walking distance to all buildings in Brindabella Business Park.

For your convenience there is now a premium undercover area in Car Park 3 of the multi-storey car park on Brindabella Circuit. Places are limited, so you will need to be quick to secure a park.

Cost: $120 per month, with quarterly and yearly payment options available.

Hourly or daily

A parking ticket is dispersed at the boom gate upon entry into the car park. Parking tickets can be paid at a pay station prior to exit using cash or credit.

If you need to leave the car park throughout the day to attend a meeting or go out for lunch, you can do so by changing your ticket to an "All Day Ticket" at a pay station prior to your first exit. This ticket can then be used to re-enter and exit the car park throughout the day without any extra fees.

To change your ticket at a pay machine:

• Step 1. You MUST select the button "Daily or Weekly Options".
• Step 2. Insert your ticket into a pay parking machine.
• Step 3. Select "All Day Ticket".
• Step 4. Insert payment.

Weekly

A parking ticket is dispersed at the boom gate upon entry into the car park. This ticket can then be changed into a weekly ticket by using a pay station or visiting the car park office prior to exit.

To change your ticket at a pay machine:

• Step 1. You MUST select the button "Daily or Weekly Options".
• Step 2. Insert your ticket into a pay parking machine.
• Step 3. Select "All Day Ticket".
• Step 4. Insert payment.

Once you have paid for your weekly ticket it can be used to exit and enter the car park as many times as needed throughout the week of purchase. This ticket will expire after 7 days.

Pass card - Monthly , 3 Monthly, 6 Monthly or Yearly.

These varieties of parking use a "Pass Card" system. This renewable card is purchased from the car park management office in the Brindabella Circuit multi-story car park. This card is scanned upon entry and exit to the car park by holding your card flat and still against the reader. (Do not swipe).

This card also allows you the freedom of multiple entries & exits throughout the day.

Top up card - $25 or more

For a minimum purchase of $25, this card allows you to "pay-as-you-go". $5 will be deducted from the card per day of use, and you can "Top Up" as you like.

This card is ideal for part-time staff, or is also great if you pay for your parking using a credit card as there are Credit Card Only machines dedicated to the Top Up Card. This card is scanned upon entry and exit to the car park by holding your card flat and still against the reader. (Do not swipe)
